Looking for a Flash or Fireworks JSAPI programmer who can help me:

DETAILS OF THE PROJECT:

I have over 200 Corel Draw / Adobe Illustrator files that need to be converted to a specific type of Flash SWF file as follows:

The files are vector path outlines of intricate designs.

The outline designs form about 10 to 20 blank enclosed areas within the outline. Lets take a simple example, like the letter "A".
Imagine a block outline of the letter "A". We have 2 enclosed areas, within that letter, you have the letter itself, and the triangle within the middle of the "A".

Heres what needs to be done (think in terms of flash):

1. I need to first fill-in those enclosed areas with a color,
2. convert each of those enclosed areas to MovieClips,
3. distribute each clip to different layers
4. duplicate each movieclip twice
5. further distribute both duplicates to layers
   (so now you have 3 movieclips for each enclosed area)
    (lets call it Clip 1, Clip 2, & Clip 3) 6. make the topmost
     movieClip, Clip 1, a mask layer for the two bottom ones)
(must make mask layer, dynamic masking via .setMask(), in flash is
not an option)

7. Make Clip 2, a transparent button object and name the instance
8. Name Clip 3 a different instance name
9. insert an actionscript statement in frame 1: "this.iSize = X"
(X being the number of enclosed areas there are)

It might sound pretty complicated, but maybe some of this, like step 1, need to be done by hand, which is fine, but I need to automate as much of it as possible.
